- 2 cups (280g) frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) tequila
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) fresh lime juice (3-4) limes
- 2 tablespoons (1 oz) orange liqueur
- 2 tablespoons (1 oz) simple syrup or agave
- Sugar, for the rim
- Lime slices, for serving
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the sugar for the rim onto a small plate. Run a lime along the top edge of the margarita glasses, then turn upside down and place into the sugar to sugar the rim.
- Pour the margaritas into the glasses, add the lime slice and serve.
