Have you ever froze the cheesecakes for future events?
I do freeze cheesecakes sometimes. They usually hold up pretty well. Just wrap them well, freeze for up to 3 months, thaw in the fridge, decorate and serve. I hope that helps!
Hello, I tried the Oreo No Bake Cheesecake when I had a few guests for dinner. It was a smashing success. It is so very rich and creamy. They were all delighted that they were able to also take some home!

I love this recipe so much!
Finished the peanut butter chocolate mousse cake today. Had high hopes but it lacked in taste. Just blah. Looks wonderful though. But that is according to my taste buds.
