Description

This delicious Blueberry Goat Cheese Dip is the easiest appetizer you’ll ever make. A soft cheese mixture is flavored with fresh rosemary, sweetened with honey and topped with a dreamy homemade blueberry sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (139g) blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey, divided
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 23 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • Crackers or French Bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. To make the blueberry topping, add the blueberries, lemon juice, sugar and one tablespoon of honey to a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until bubbling and the blueberries begin to burst, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  3. To make the cheese layer, stir the goat cheese and cream cheese together until well combined and smooth.
  4. Add the salt, remaining one tablespoon of honey and rosemary to the cheese and stir to combine. You can add more or less rosemary, depending on how strong you want it.
  5. Spread the goat cheese mixture out into a shallow dish, then top with the blueberry sauce. Drizzle with more honey, if desired.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or sliced bread.

Notes

Store well covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
