These cookies are perfect in so many ways! They aren't too thin or too thick. They bake soft and chewy every time and they make you dream about your next chance to eat one. These cookies stay good for days and they're a crowd favorite!
Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and set the mixture aside.
Cream together for about 2-3 minutes, in a large mixer bowl on medium speed, until light in color and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until the dough is well combined. Do not over-mix!
Create 1 1/2 tablespoon sized balls and lightly coat with sugar.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and you're ready to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 4-5 minutes.
Store in an airtight container. They should stay fresh for 4-5 days!
