Peanut Butter Cheesecake

What is a Peanut Butter Cheesecake?

This thick and creamy cheesecake features a peanut butter filling in a Nutter Butter cookie crust and topped with a rich peanut butter ganache!

Simple Ingredients

You'll need a few ingredients to make this easy recipe, so round them up and let's get started!

Make the Crust

Combine the crust ingredients, press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes.

Leak-Proof the Pan

Cover the outside of the pan with aluminum foil. Then reduce the oven temperature.

Make the Filling

Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and flour on low speed.

Add Peanut Butter

Mix in the sour cream, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.

Add the Eggs

Mix in the eggs, one at a time.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust, place the leak-proofed pan in a water bath, and bake.

Leave the cheesecake in the oven, turn off the heat, and let cool slowly. Then remove from oven and refrigerate.

Make the Ganache

Boil heavy cream, pour it over white chocolate chips, and let sit 2-3 minutes. Then whisk until smooth and add peanut butter.

Spread the ganache over the top of the cake and sprinkle some chopped peanuts over the top.

Refrigerate the cheesecake until ready to serve.
