Make the Cake

Start by whisking together the dry ingredients.

Add the Wet Ingredients

Add the egg, milk, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

Add Vanilla Extract

Add the vanilla extract and hot water and whisk to combine.

Bake

Pour the batter into a prepared pan and bake. Then allow the cake to cool completely.

Make the Crunchies

Mix together the Oreo crumbs and melted butter, and bake. Then make the chocolate fudge filling and allow to sit.

Assemble the Cake

Line an 8-inch pan with two pieces of clear wrap and press it into the bottom and sides of the pan.

Add the Ice Cream

Stir the ice cream until creamy and smooth and pour it into the lined pan. Spread it into an even layer.

Add the Crunchies

Add the chocolate cookie crunchies to the top and spread evenly.

Add the Fudge

Add the chocolate fudge mixture to the top and spread evenly. Then freeze the cake for about 10 minutes.

Add the Chocolate Cake

Place the chocolate cake on top of the chocolate fudge layer.

Freeze It

Make the Ganache

Heat the heavy whipping cream until it boils and pour it over the chocolate chips. Then whisk until smooth.

Decorate the Cake

Drizzle the ganache over the cake, then pipe shells of whipped cream around the edge and garnish with cookie dough.
