A drip cake is exactly what it sounds like! A cake with chocolate that is dripped down the sides. It's so good. You can use a squeeze bottle or a spoon to drizzle chocolate down the sides and make a pretty "drip" decoration.

My favorite way to add a drip is with a squeeze bottle. Add chocolate and drizzle - that's it!
Use an offset spatula to spread the ganache evenly for a gorgeous finished look.

For this method use a spoon to add the chocolate to the edges of the cake and gently push it over the edge so that it falls, creating a drip.
Pour the remaining chocolate ganache onto the top of the cake and use your offset spatula to spread it evenly.
