What Are Guinness Brownies?

Combine Wet Ingredients

Whisk together the oil, Guinness, sugar, espresso powder, vanilla extract, and salt.

Add the Eggs

Whisk in the butter followed by the eggs, one at a time.

Add the Dry Ingredients

Whisk the flour and cocoa into the wet ingredients.


Spread the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.


Allow the brownies to cool in the pan.

Make the Ganache
