Beat butter, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients, coffee creamer, and milk in the batter until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly between the cakes pans, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Then let cool completely.
