This cheesecake recipe makes a creamy, ultra-smooth cheesecake with vanilla wafer crust. Add your own topping for a hit every time!
Combine all of the crust ingredients in a small bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the springform pan.
Combine the filling ingredients and mix using a lower speed setting.
Pour the filling into the crust, spread evenly, setup the water bath and bake!
Once baked, pop the cheesecake into the fridge to cool completely and firm up.
